Thrive! Youth Empowerment Program Registration. Please complete all required fields and a member of our team will reach out with further details. Please be advised that your child's registration is not complete until you have filled out the required emergency contact form and permission slip in person. Child must be ages 12-17 to be eligible. Our youth groups meet twice per week at the Raymond Library in East Hartford.
